Act as a single point of contact for IT-related issues and requests.
Provide support for LIS (Laboratory Information System).
Cover first line IT support services including incident and request management.
Troubleshoot and resolve common technical problems.
Escalate complex issues to the IT Operations Team and related platforms.
Maintain accurate records of all incidents and requests using the IT service management system.
Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software.
Provide user training and support to ensure efficient use of IT systems.
Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure a high level of service delivery.
Monitor IT systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
Participate in IT projects as required.
