Description:

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Administration of Google Workspace
- Remote device management
- Asset Management
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
Good to have
Familiarity with VPN management and IT security best practices
- Experience supporting Linux users and a basic understanding of Linux based operating systems
- Network troubleshooting
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to employees, addressing hardware, software, and network issues
Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
- Maintain and update IT inventory, including hardware, software, and licenses
- Collaborate with other IT team members and external vendors to manage system installations, upgrades, and maintenance
- Source and provision laptops and other hardware for employees as required
- Manage software onboarding/offboarding processes and provide software installation and support
- Ensure team adherence to IT policies, including anti-virus, firewall, OS updates, and password protection
- Oversee office IT and network management, including printers, conferencing hardware, and room booking software
- Provide laptop support and perform minor hardware repairs
- Manage VPN access and accounts, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Extend IT policies and support to international offices
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Due to the nature of responsibilities the person would be required to work from Brighton office, though occasional remote work is an option.
