IT Support Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide desktop end-user support to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure, including access points and server rooms
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime for the organization
• Collaborate with teams to ensure effective IT operations
• Manage and support video conferencing systems and meeting room setups
• Maintain and update the IT inventory list and documentation for IT asset management
• Perform other ad-hoc duties tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in IT support
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Proficient in English and Mandarin
• General knowledge of networking, infrastructure, access points, and server room management
• Experience with video conferencing setup is a plus
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, along with a strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to work independently or within a team, as required
• Must be residing in Singapore
  Working location: East Region in Singapore
  Job Type: Contract
  Contract length: 12 months
  Pay: $3,300.00 - $3,800.00 per month

• Monday to Friday

Education:

• Local Polytechnic Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• IT support: 2 years (Preferred)
