ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Office 365, and Active Directory.
  • Proven experience in managing and supporting server, network, and virtualisation infrastructure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

  • Cloud certifications (Azure, Microsoft 365)
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell)
  • ITIL Foundation certification

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver comprehensive technical support across a diverse range of hardware and software solutions, including Microsoft Windows, Apple OS, Office 365, and Active Directory.
  • Manage and maintain critical IT infrastructure components such as servers, storage, and networking equipment to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with a focus on identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of IT systems and processes through proactive problem-solving and process optimisation.
