ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Strong proficiency in English
• Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

• 2-3 years of Support role experience
• Proactive mindset in improving support processes
• Proficiency in bug tracking software like Jira

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

• Experience with SCRUM/Agile frameworks
• Knowledge of Linux/UNIX and scripting tools
• Basic understanding of MySQL and database management

EDUCATION

• Educated to degree level in computer science or related discipline, and/orsignificant hands-on experience in the field

modify or remove features in compiled games to make them compatible with the
requirements of any store without source code change. The technology does not
require game developers to do any redevelopment work and does not require access to
the game’s source code. It can enhance existing applications by adding features and
functionality, such as gifting, in-app billing and several other solutions, primarily to drive
revenue and user engagement

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We seek talented and motivated Support Engineers to join our dynamic Technical
Support team. As a Support Engineer, you’ll dive into exciting tasks like reverse
engineering, software testing, troubleshooting production issues, enhancing tools,
and fostering seamless communication with stakeholders and game developers to
tackle any hurdles hindering their progress.

KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Address technical support requests and service tickets promptly
• Diagnose and resolve issues in Flexion’s services and applications
• Assist in prioritizing reported issues for POs and Developers
• Represent QA team within support domain as needed
• Support Delivery managers and Game Launch QAs with questions orknowledge gaps
• Track and retest Game Launch and Delivery issues for satisfactory resolution
• Maintain a deep understanding of Flexion features for effective issueresolution
