YOUR TASKS:

• Process support requests and log them in the ITSM application
• Providing support over the phone and manning the walk-in desk during office hours
• Implementing solutions for incidents
• Monitor open tickets with involved vendors and solver groups within Fnac-Vanden Borre
• Register, replace, and monitor repairs of end-user and industrial hardware
• Provide communication between IT and end-users for major incidents and planned interventions

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent qualification
• First-hand experience in IT support (junior positions are acceptable)
• Good general IT knowledge
• Basic knowledge of networks, ICT hardware, and the English language
• Fluent in both spoken and written Dutch and French
