    The Opportunity
    We have an opportunity for an IT Support Engineer to join our team based in Auckland.
    You will become an integral member of the Wilmar ANZ IT function and will make a strong contribution to a high-performing IT team and team culture within Wilmar ANZ IT.

Responsibilities:

THE PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE:

You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of technical services to the Wilmar and GF Workplace. This includes working with vendor partners, Wilmar ANZ IT team members, and service users to ensure IT services defined by statements of work and service level agreements are met.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Install and maintain desktop/laptop computer systems to Wilmar ANZ Standards.
  • Manage desktop/laptop device refresh for up to 200 devices annually, with flexibility for additional devices.
  • Conduct site visits as directed by ANZ IT Management for projects or service enhancements.
  • Collaborate with business and ANZ IT teams on various technology projects, including office and site moves
