The position is highly visible, representing the IT function and working closely with IT teams across the US and European regions to ensure business operations run smoothly with minimal disruption. Additionally, the role involves participating in project initiatives to drive change, including defining, designing and implementing technical solutions.

Responsibilities:
- 1st and 2nd Level Support: Respond to service requests from end users, addressing complex and challenging issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Network Solution: Collaborate with IT teams to design, configure, maintain and troubleshoot network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls
- Asset Management: Drive IT asset lifecycle management, playing an integral role in identifying & proposing solutions and managing upgrades
- User lifecycle: Collaborate with HR & Team Managers to assess and define end user needs, managing all aspects of IT related to both on & offboarding
- Project Management: Own the delivery of infrastructure projects, collaborating with stakeholders and team members to ensure outcomes are achieved
