Prog-It is for looking an aspiring IT-engineer to assist our customer IT-support in the Jyväskylä area where you will be the on-site resource for our customer.

The work is varied and include tasks and responsibilities such as:
- Responding to helpdesk tickets and resolving technical issues reported by end-users.
- On-site customer support and workstation assistance.
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Identifying and addressing network connectivity issues.
YOUR PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
We think you have just finished your education or training as an IT-support engineer or are a couple of years into your career. IT is very likely a strong interest of yours we will not be surprised if you have a home lab.
You are ambitious to learn and have a drive to take on and solve problems, acting on tasks outside your comfort zone comes natural to you.
You will probably be experienced with:
- Installing and troubleshooting skills for PC, Mac and mobile devices.
- Managing various operating system issues (e.g., Windows, macOS, or Linux).
- Providing excellent service to end-users
Any working experience from a similar role is of merit.
