Description:

PASOTA CS is seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team in London. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our global offices, ensuring smooth IT operations, and assisting senior management with VIP-level user support. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated IT professional to grow within a dynamic and international organization.

Responsibilities:

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide 2nd line desktop support and remote assistance to global office personnel.
  • Deliver VIP user support to senior management.
  • Manage and resolve support tickets using ServiceNow ITSM.
  • Conduct advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for IT issues.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams for task delegation and escalation of complex issues.
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Provide support for mobile devices, including Apple and Android technologies.
  • Administer Active Directory Users and Computers.
  • Support Windows 10-11 and MAC OS X environments.
  • Set up IT equipment for new employees and ensure proper configuration.
  • Participate in ad-hoc support requests, such as desk moves and desk-side assistance.
  • Provide support outside of core business hours, including weekends, as required.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in a similar IT support role, demonstrating key responsibilities such as troubleshooting, user support, and system administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10+ and Active Directory management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Exchange and Office365, including Intune and Azure.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Mimecast, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
  • Knowledge of SCCM, AutoPilot, and ITIL best practices.
  • Experience using remote support tools.
  • Understanding of Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
  • Knowledge of mobile device support (Apple smartphones and tablets) is essential.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
