Description:

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for providing top-notch IT support? ProCook, the UK’s leading kitchenware brand, is looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. In this hands-on role, you’ll not only work at our head office, but you’ll also be travelling to our stores nationwide to ensure smooth IT operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st line IT support to head office, warehouse, and store users.
  • Regularly travel to various store locations across the country to install, configure, and maintain IT equipment.
  • Prioritise and troubleshoot issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Carry out general IT administration, including network configuration, system maintenance, and telephony.
  • Collaborate with third parties when necessary to resolve technical issues.
  • Contribute to project work that ensures our IT systems remain up-to-date and efficient.
  • Be part of a 4-week on-call rota, providing out-of-hours support one weekend in four.
  • Varied daily duties—no two days will be the same!
