IT Support Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Handle of all IT projects in the company.
• Work closely with respective departments on project requirements including Tenders preparation and presentation to prospective customers.
• Provide Post-sales support
• System backup and recovery
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problem associate with network connectivity, and workstation hardware / software.
• Provide System Support, System Testing, Troubleshooting, System integration and upgrading.
• Installation, service and support AV livestreaming system during surgeries and congresses occasionally.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology (IT)
• Working experience in Integrated Electronics Medical Records system, Infrastructure and Cyber Security would be an advantage
• Strong technical knowledge in IT infrastructure, business applications and security management framework
• Independent, resourceful and self-motivated with ability to achieve project deliverables on time, scope and on budget
• A team player with strong interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
• Knowledge in desktop,laptop, computer troubleshooting pc configuration and networking architecture
• Experience using Window OS, Mac OS and Linux OS
