THE ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB INCLUDE:

• Pragmatic problem solver who can deliver the best solutions for our users.
• Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems (both server and client) and Office 365 products.
• Experience in an SLA-driven support environment and being able to prioritize work according to users’ needs, priority, and role.
• Familiarity and experience with a cloud-based helpdesk system (Jira, Autotask, ServiceNow, etc).
• Able to carry out Active Directory user & group administration.
• Fluent in English (oral and written), with the ability to connect and communicate with people whose first language is not English, as well as supporting people who are non-technical.
• Able to communicate with- and support users at senior levels (Director, VP, etc).
• Full UK driving license with no restrictions or suspensions.
• Ideally own car, for an easy commute to our offices.
• Valid work permit or British citizenship (for this job we are unable to support on relocation nor sponsorship, nor in the future if extension of visa would be required

• Supporting our users in all IT challenges they may have, either face-to-face or remotely when possible
• Assisting the team with other Videojet offices in the UK, Ireland, Sweden, and Norway.
• Ordering and maintaining IT equipment.
• Assisting with the user onboarding process, new joiners desk/ laptop set up and all related IT tasks.
• Providing limited support to some server and cloud-based applications.
• Collaborating with the IT Operations team and/or other teams to support local, regional, or global projects and tasks.
• Occasional visits to our other office location in Nottingham (Beeston).
