REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong experience in providing onsite IT support at a 2nd line level.
  • Fluency in both German and English is essential. Any additional European languages will be highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft 365 and/or Azure environments, with relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals or Azure Administrator Associate.
  • Possess an advanced understanding of Windows Server and Workstation administration.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of Windows Active Directory and networking concepts, encompassing user management, security groups, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, effectively interacting with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Possess a proven ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical issues, showcasing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate a passion for providing exceptional user support and service, prioritising user satisfaction.
  • Experience working within a stand-alone position.
  • Ability to work onsite at our office in Munich 5 days per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues affecting hardware, software, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Maintain system performance and stability through preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Manage the ticketing system, prioritizing and resolving incidents within SLAs.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on IT systems, applications, and tools.
  • Onboard and offboard staff members, managing access control within Active Directory.
  • Maintain key IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and security.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and data protection regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and best practices in IT support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver efficient and responsive IT support.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement processes and knowledge base development.
