Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
Evolve Online School seeks a dynamic and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our technology team. This role is of utmost importance as it provides essential technical support to our students, parents, and teachers, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience with our online learning platform. The role also includes managing backend systems and overseeing the micromanufacturing setup, making it a diverse and exciting opportunity. The ideal candidate will be adept in managing Active Directory and our Learning Management System (Learner Management System) to ensure secure and efficient operations.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or related roles.
- Experience with MS Windows, iOS (iPad), Active Directory, and Learning Management Systems (Learner Management System).
- Experience with micromanufacturing tools (laser cutters, UV printers, CNC routers) is highly desirable.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on MS Windows and iPad devices.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and managing user accounts.
- Familiarity with backend management of online applications and Learner Management System platforms.
- Basic knowledge of micromanufacturing technologies and their software.
SOFT SKILLS:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive problem-solver with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
