As an IT Support Intern, you will provide reliable technical assistance by managing standard support tickets, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems across the organization. You will collaborate with global teams to resolve more complex technical challenges, maintain IT equipment inventory, and ensure the readiness of devices such as computers, mobile phones, and wireless modems. Your role is crucial in delivering efficient solutions, ensuring that both internal teams and external users have the support they need to maintain optimal performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle standard support tickets independently, provide assistance in more complex situations with supervision, and collaborate with global IT teams, including external support, to resolve tickets effectively
  • Prepare, replace, and dispose of new computers, while also providing support for mobile devices (iPhones and Androids) and wireless modems
  • Assist with installing or upgrading the production/Logistics software
  • Support solving standard hardware (computers, printers, telephones, scanner, etc.) and software problems (office and production software)
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving standard hardware issues (such as computers, printers, phones, scanners) and software problems (including office and production software).
