SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE THAT WILL LEAD TO SUCCESS
- Qualified in a technology subject area at a diploma level or greater.
- Experience coming from a similar position within an enterprise environment.
- Strong engagement and communication skills and being able to confidently work across colleagues at varying levels.
- Applied technical knowledge of both Windows and Mac OS
- Basic SCCM Config Manager knowledge
- Mobile device management – both android and iOS
- Networking management and troubleshooting skills
- Experience working in an Office 365 Enterprise environment
- Basic\Intermediate Scripting knowledge - PowerShell
- Knowledge of network printing\follow me printing technology
