SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE THAT WILL LEAD TO SUCCESS

  • Qualified in a technology subject area at a diploma level or greater.
  • Experience coming from a similar position within an enterprise environment.
  • Strong engagement and communication skills and being able to confidently work across colleagues at varying levels.
  • Applied technical knowledge of both Windows and Mac OS
  • Basic SCCM Config Manager knowledge
  • Mobile device management – both android and iOS
  • Networking management and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience working in an Office 365 Enterprise environment
  • Basic\Intermediate Scripting knowledge - PowerShell
  • Knowledge of network printing\follow me printing technology
