Description:

Lead College Pty Ltd is a nationally recognised CRICOS provider with campuses in NSW and Western Australia. Lead College delivers programs in the areas of Business, Management, Community Services, Early Childhood and Information Technology, Hospitality, Building and Construction and Automotive.
We are currently seeking an IT Support officer to support our IT operations across our NSW campuses.

Key responsibilities of this position include but not limited to:

  • Supporting the use of and troubleshooting educational technologies, including the Moodle & AXcelerate learning management system and the Microsoft suite of applications, to support Academic staff in effective teaching practices;
  • Supporting academic staff with a knowledgeable and client-centered approach;
  • Provide high quality support in the use and through troubleshooting of all College IT Resources and systems. Including using and administrating the Colleges user support systems, helpdesk tickets, inventory tracking database and external (vendor and service providers) job recording systems
  • Diagnose and perform minor hardware repairs and software configuration
  • Contribute to the ongoing planning, development and maintenance of College IT infrastructure

About you…

  • Ability to work independently with attention to details and willing to learn.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Demonstrated administrative IT experience in a medium to large organisation, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of Learning Management System and Student Management Systems (aXcelerate)
