Responsibilities:
Supervision of topics in the area:
- Active Directory,
- exchange management,
- Microsoft Windows and Office,
- Marquardt specific applications.
- 1st level support / distribution of incoming calls and tickets;
- Answering / handling the calls;
- Processing the tickets according to the defined processes;
- Documentation of processes and systems (creation and maintenance of documentation according to our standards).
- Supporting the continuous improvement process within the IT environment.
