We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Support & Projects Assistant (f/m/x) to join our team! Tasks

  • Provide IT Support: Offer IT administrative support to our team, manage hardware inventory, and coordinate repair processes.
  • Handle IT Inquiries: Act as the first point of contact for IT-related issues, providing efficient solutions through our ticket system.
  • Collaborate and Coordinate: Work with external second-level support teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Assist with Onboarding: Help new employees get started by setting up workstations and providing IT support during their onboarding process.
  • Participate in Projects: Get involved in IT projects, supporting change management and user adoption of new technologies.
  • Improve Documentation: Contribute to the creation and enhancement of help articles and documentation for software and hardware.
  • Support ERP Testing: Assist in testing new features in our ERP system and provide feedback for improvements.
  • Enhance IT Processes: Help continuously improve our IT service processes to make them more effective and efficient.

Requirements

  • Current Student: Enrolled in a relevant field such as Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Fluent in German and English: Strong communication skills in both languages.
  • Passionate about IT: Interested in IT trends and technology, with some practical experience through internships or student jobs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 & SharePoint: Familiarity with these tools and a willingness to learn more.
  • Independent and Proactive: Able to work independently, take initiative, and manage your tasks with a sense of ownership.
  • Committed and Available: Willing to commit to the role for a minimum of one year.
