Tasks

  • You are the first point of contact for customers, take calls and tickets and prioritize them independently
  • You are committed to solving underlying problems
  • You forward complex issues to our level 2 experts
  • You ensure that problems are resolved quickly and in a customer-friendly manner
  • You maintain accurate tracking of customer interactions and issues in our ticket system
  • You provide excellent customer service and show empathy in supporting customers

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed training as an IT specialist for system administration or have already gained professional experience as an IT support employee
  • You speak English and German at C1 level
  • You are interested in self-development and collaborative growth – we will support your professional and personal development with paid certifications through our organization
  • You have a strong service mindset, and customer-centered, independent and solution-oriented work is important to you
  • You work with a hands-on mentality
