Description:
Working closely with the Supervisor, IT Support, the IT Support Specialist will provide support to the entire Bison organization and act as an important resource to the IT Support and Infrastructure teams.
Responsibilities:
- Software, PC, printing, mobile device and phone system support.
- Proactively engage internal customers, ensuring delivery of a high level of service.
- Contribute to IT Support process improvements and best practices.
- Networking and connectivity support for all of Bison’s terminals.
- Special projects as designated.
