Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Good communication skills in English and Hungarian
  • Proactive, ready-to-learn attitude
  • Familiarity with Windows 10/11, MS Office programs
  • Basic knowledge of any Linux distribution
  • Basic knowledge of networking software, hardware, and networking protocols
  • General interest in information technology (laptops, PCs, smartphones, gadgets, etc.)

Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for IT issues, troubleshooting, problem resolution
  • Run employee onboarding and offboarding process
  • Endpoint device support (laptops, PCs, cell phones)
  • Laptop installations (Windows, Linux, macOS)
  • Office infrastructure software and hardware maintenance (eg. printers, scanners, network, cabling, meeting rooms)
  • Administration of computer and telecommunications equipment, inventory management
  • Performing regular operational tasks
