Job Overview:
We are seeking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our vibrant and dynamic team as our in-house IT Support Specialist .
As an established interior designing and renovation company with around 50 executives, we are committed to deliver exceptional services and transforming spaces into inspiring environment.
The primary responsibilityvof this role is to provide technical assistance and support to our employees, ensuring seamless operations and efficient utilization of IT resources.
Your expertise will contribute to the success of our company by maintaining a robust IT infrastructure and resolving any technical issues that may arise.

JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Provide first-level technical support to employees through various channels such as in-person, phone, email, or remote access tools.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals.
  • Perform technical escalation to 3rd party vendor.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
  • Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and security settings.
  • Assist in the management and maintenance of the organization’s network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and wireless access points.
  • Monitor and respond to system alerts, ensuring the availability and optimal performance of all IT systems.
  • Collaborate with 3rd party vendor to implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and security protocols.
  • Document and maintain IT inventory, including hardware and software licenses, and track service requests and resolutions using a ticketing system.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on the effective use of hardware, software, and other IT tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in IT support and recommend improvements to enhance the organization’s IT infrastructure and processes.
