Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or network management.
  • Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365, AWS, Azure).
  • Familiarity with network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN) and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Knowledge of network security tools (firewalls, antivirus, intrusion detection).
  • Familiar with Active Directory, Group Policy, and user management.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment an asset
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
