QUALIFICATIONS:

• Relevant IT certifications (MTA, MCSA, MCSE).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge across Microsoft, Cisco, LAN & WAN Technologies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft server and desktop operating systems.
• Experience in ITIL environment and user management through Active Directory.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

• ITIL Foundation Certificate.
• Experience with Windows 10/11, Office 365, Hyper-V, SQL Server, Linux, and Internet/Intranet technologies.

• Provide comprehensive IT support for Our Client’s internal operations and Bingo IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth IT service delivery and operations.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to address technology needs and enhance business processes.
• Implement and maintain IT systems in alignment with the company’s strategy and roadmap.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with service-level agreements.
• Uphold occupational health & safety standards and contribute to a culture of compliance.
