We’re now looking for a super star IT support specialist who will play an important role in contributing to our journey forward and beyond. In this role your primary responsibility will be to create and maintain a smooth, fun, efficient and secure digital and physical workplace for all employees. You will be part of a small but sharp team, meaning great opportunities to make an impact and influence choices we make.
You will have a broad variety of responsibilities and tasks, work closely with HR, team managers and office managers to facilitate a first class working environment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

  • Support employees with hardware and software issues
  • Lifecycle management of end user devices and accounts
  • Ensure our internal IT environment meets security requirements
  • Administrate internal business supporting systems like mail, messaging, wikis, crm, mdm, identity/authentication solutions etc
  • Keep IT and networking devices (firewalls, routers, wifi, printers, av-equipment, etc) updated and soundly configured
  • Responsible for our onboarding & offboarding routines
  • Procurement of hardware and licenses for our employees
