Description:

Job Description

  • L1 IT support
  • Remote or On-site IT support and maintenance service. For users and end users devices.
  • Installation, configuration, and setup of IT systems, software, and peripherals. Client’s customer helpdesk support
  • User and device-level support
  • Response, follow up or escalate tickets in the ticket system
  • Troubleshooting and break fixes
  • Maintenance and updates
  • Access and accounts for onboarding and offboarding
  • Create or Update documentation
  • Follow up on RMA, contact repair centers for onsite servicing or parts replacement

Requirements

  • Minimum N Level and above holders.
  • Relevant certifications or diplomas and experience in IT are an added bonus.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive and Proactive mindset.
