Description:
Job Description
- L1 IT support
- Remote or On-site IT support and maintenance service. For users and end users devices.
- Installation, configuration, and setup of IT systems, software, and peripherals. Client’s customer helpdesk support
- User and device-level support
- Response, follow up or escalate tickets in the ticket system
- Troubleshooting and break fixes
- Maintenance and updates
- Access and accounts for onboarding and offboarding
- Create or Update documentation
- Follow up on RMA, contact repair centers for onsite servicing or parts replacement
Requirements
- Minimum N Level and above holders.
- Relevant certifications or diplomas and experience in IT are an added bonus.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
