Our Infrastructure team of nine is looking to hire an IT Support Technician (all genders) to support the team with; providing general technical support to our employees, managing the hardware for onboarding & offboarding and working with third party vendors to procure hardware, software and services. Responsibilities:

  • Assist employees with hardware, software, office equipment, and service access issues through our Jira ticket system, email, or in-person.
  • Address and resolve technical problems related to SaaS applications used at the company.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to third-level specialists and vendors for quick resolution.
  • Diagnose and resolve operating systems issues across all platforms.
  • Prepare devices for new employees’ onboarding, including installation, configuration, and updates; and managing the return of equipment and executing account deactivation processes for off-boarding.
  • Own and continuously improve flaconi’s IT processes and systems to provide a perfect user experience for our employees.
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of our Berlin headquarters by ensuring availability of video conference rooms, event spaces, and building technology for the team.
