Description:

We are looking for an IT Support Technician we can grow and develop into a high-performing member of our team. Youll become part of our small-but-mighty team of highly dedicated IT experts, providing leading technology solutions over the phone, email and remotely to our fantastic clients throughout Devon and Cornwall.
Core responsibilities:
? IT troubleshooting on the full portfolio of our services
? Supporting Windows 10 & 11
? Supporting Microsoft 365
? Supporting hardware peripherals, e.g. printers and scanners
? Supporting network issues, telephone, WiFi and broadband

As our successful IT Support Technician, you will become fully integrated within JMV Solutions’ IT Support team.
This is a customer-facing role, providing services to our business clients and liaising with our internal experts to escalate issues in need of more complex solutions.
This role is one that juggles customer service with IT know-how, as you’ll be communicating directly with clients every day, fixing all manner of IT Issues, responding to user requests and proactively managing issues for our business clients. Therefore excellent communication skills, problem solving and attention to detail are a must.

Your everyday responsibilities will include:
? Troubleshooting a range of technical issues experienced by our clients, on services including Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, printers and scanners, network issues or general IT matters.
? Using our PSA platform to log and respond to support tickets, keeping accurate and up-to-date records, therefore excellent written and verbal communication skills are key.
? Customer service and advice for our clients, delivering remote support with a friendly, positive and can-do manner.

Hours: 37.50 per week

Training Provided:
