THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented IT Support Technician to join our team. You will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance to end users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operations across our organisation.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Helpdesk support; be one of the primary points of contact for technical-related issues.
• End User support, help and advice.
• Troubleshooting of various technologies ranging from PC’s, video conferencing systems, printing and software.
• New starter and leaver hardware set up and decommissioning.
