Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Assist with queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Network Troubleshooting: Resolve problems with LAN, WAN, and other systems to maintain optimal performance.
  • System Maintenance: Install, modify, and repair computer hardware/software and peripherals.
  • Security Management: Promote information security and support deployment of software/hardware patches.
  • Account Management: Lead user account management processes and maintain data backup procedures.
  • Asset Management: Provision, modify, and repair equipment. Keep the Technology Asset Register up-to-date and manage IT resources.
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch support via phone, email, or in person, ensuring all issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Documentation: Write training manuals and run diagnostic programs to prevent recurring issues.
  • Other duties as required
