MISSION

We’re looking for an IT Support Technician to join our leading Lancashire based EDI business. It’s the ideal role for someone with a keen aptitude for technical troubleshooting and customer service who is looking to build a career in IT and to broaden and strengthen their existing technical skillset.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAY TO DAY?

• Providing email and phone support for the business
• Manage your support cases until resolution is found
• Using both technical and relational skills to lead your tickets to completion
• Providing a high level of customer service
• Managing your workload and priorities.
• Documenting & reporting on Progress
• Working with cutting-edge technologies that are defining the future of the cloud
• Building an excellent rapport with our customer base
• Directly engaging with all departments to provide relevant feedback to help and improve our products
