THE REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12 with 4 years’ relevant experience where such experience includes: -
- Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting and computer problem solving skills
- Well-rounded expertise and practical knowledge of operating systems, networking and office software
- Working in a team environment
- Working in a Windows desktop support environment
- Working in an IT environment using a ticket tracking system
- Experience in Google Workspace environment.
