• Intune Management: Configure and manage Intune policies and profiles to ensure compliance with security standards and client requirements.
• Client Consultation: Advise clients on best practices for Intune deployment and compliance, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
• System Monitoring: Continuously monitor client systems to identify and address potential issues before they impact business operations.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of configuration settings, compliance measures, and support activities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members to ensure seamless integration and support across all client systems.
• Problem-Solving: Utilise logical thinking and technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve complex IT problems.
• Updates and Upgrades: Stay updated with the latest Intune features and updates, ensuring clients benefit from the most recent technologies.
