Responsibilities:
- Delivery of flawless support services to staff and students.
- Help support innovative approaches to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of IT support.
- Collaboration with diverse teams across the University to deliver joined-up IT support services, ensuring effective implementation of solutions.
- Proactively identify and escalate IT support issues, so that timely resolutions can be delivered to ensure minimal disruption.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in information technology, sharing this knowledge to contribute to outstanding support.
