Description:

Keystone Solutions is currently seeking an IT Support Technician to join our team as a consultant. This exciting opportunity involves working closely with one of our government-sector clients, ensuring their IT systems run smoothly and securely. By becoming a Keystone consultant, you will engage in diverse and dynamic IT projects, gaining valuable experience while delivering top-tier technical support.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent) required.
  • Must provide a criminal record certificate issued within the last three months.
  • Must sign a confidentiality agreement (NDA).

Responsibilities:

As a Keystone Solutions IT Support Technician, you will:

  • Be the primary point of contact for all IT-related queries within the client organization, managing incoming tickets and phone support for both internal and external users.
  • Handle the setup and configuration of laptops, printers, multimedia devices, and other hardware.
  • Provide tailored solutions to optimize the clients IT environment and infrastructure.
  • Manage Windows servers, Active Directory, network administration, and actively explore solutions within Microsoft 365.
  • Maintain and secure servers and network components, ensuring data security and network integrity.
  • Create and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation for end users.
  • Support employees with technical issues and take preventive measures to avoid disruptions.
  • Collaborate with external service providers and partners to resolve issues and implement new solutions.
