Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve service desk tickets and technical issues.
  • Install, configure, and support a wide range of IT hardware and software.
  • Maintain data related to local users and IT assets and contribute to the global IT assets and user data mgmt.
  • Provide troubleshooting end users services technical issues.
  • Assist with IT projects, including system upgrades and deployments.
  • Ensure documentation of Service Desk processes and frequent cases resolutions is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of Service Desk related standards.
  • Collaborate with Global IT team members to deploy global systems and resolve complex issues.
  • Contribute the continuous improvements of the Service Desk services.
  • Contribute to the IT risk management process.
