Role: The IT Support Technician Level 2 reports to the Manager, IT Service Desk Team and is part of the IT Service Desk Team. You will be part of an international team of 7 other IT Support Technician. The candidate will solve various technical issues encountered by Equisoft employees based in the UK and internationally. If you enjoy problem solving, staying current with the latest technologies, helping your colleagues and you are a person who is looking to grow within a dynamic international context
