Description:

As an IT Support Technician at SUNLOVE, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining hardware and software, and assisting with IT projects across our multiple facilities. This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive approach and excellent problem-solving skills.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Familiarity with network setups, TCP/IP protocols, and firewall management.
  • Experience with common office software and IT management tools.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to lift and move IT equipment as needed.
  • Experience in a healthcare or VWO setting is a plus.
