Description:
Are you a technical wizard and enjoy troubleshooting problems? We are looking to recruit an IT Support Technician, Tier 2, for the upcoming winter. Do you enjoy skiing, snowboarding, and snowshoeing? Working in a stunning mountain resort, the successful candidate will be responsible for daily duties that include responding to internal requests for technical support, organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work using issue tracking systems, Onboarding/Offboarding user administration, asset management and documentation, and Hardware staging, installation, troubleshooting and repair. ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Resolve user requests through the service desk management system.
- Assist in the administration and maintenance of internal systems.
- Interact with internal clients to resolve technical issues professionally and efficiently.
- Provide timely responses to internal client inquiries.
- Manage user access across Active Directory, POS systems, email, and mobile platforms.
- Ensure the delivery of systems and services for new users during the onboarding process.
- Maintain current documentation related to onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Install and support hardware, software, network systems, audio-visual equipment, and surveillance components.
- Assist in the installation and support of Point of Sale and payment systems.
- Help manage inventory of company and department assets.
- Promote responsible usage and care of corporate equipment.
- Accurately complete and submit status reports in a timely manner.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Participate in the implementation and support of IT policies.
- Keep workspaces neat, organized, safe, and secure.
