REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree, college diploma or equivalent work experience in any of the IT related fields
• Good working knowledge of setup, configuration and managing servers, network equipment, desktops, and mobile devices
• Strong understanding of key networking concepts and technology is required
• Good understanding of MS Windows including Active Directory, Virtual machines preferably VMware Virtualization, and Citrix XenApp
• Must be familiar with Microsoft 365
• Strong understanding of Veeam and ArcServe Backup Software would be an asset
• Strong interpersonal written and verbal communications skills
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or similar are a plus
• The ability to provide off-hours support is necessary

• Maintaining the server and network infrastructure and assisting end users
• Supporting MS Windows domain including Active Directory, virtual machines (VMware), and Citrix environment
• Hardware configuration, software install and upgrade
• End user technology support on standard software (Windows, MS Office) as well as industry-specific software
• System documentation and record keeping requirements based on company’s Service Desk ticketing system, disaster recovery procedures and Health Canada Regulations
