IT SUPPORTER FOR SCADA SYSTEMS

SCADA International - Hannover, DE
We are looking for someone who is excited about IT solutions that empower the green energy transition, and who is ready to develop their IT skills in a more specialized direction.
Working with us, you will become part of a small team with high expertise in wind farm technology, IP networks, and Linux systems. Our own Linux-based software, claVis, offers hardware-agnostic solutions to monitor and manage energy asset operations, including wind turbines and solar farms.

Responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities as our IT Supporter will be:

  • Accepting and processing support requests from customers.
  • Preparing the configuration for new systems.
  • Troubleshooting the claVis-Linux environment.
  • Remote support for our service technicians in the field.
  • Document new installations and update existing documentation
