Responsibilities:

  • Primary contact for all IT-related issues on-site
  • Responsible for technical support and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems
  • Management and maintenance of all macOS client systems, including centralized administration via SimpleMDM
  • Oversight of the entire office network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, wireless access points, and cabling
  • Hands-on administration and maintenance of office IT infrastructure, including printers, phones, conference rooms, and screens
  • Management of user accounts and permissions across all IT systems
  • Efficient management of office services such as Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace
  • Monitoring and handling of tickets and IT requests
  • Implementation of IT policies and procedures to ensure security and efficiency in the office IT operations
  • Planning and execution of IT security projects, including the development and implementation of security strategies
  • Creation and maintenance of support documentation, knowledge bases, and training materials to optimize IT processes
  • Ensuring employee satisfaction through professional and friendly service
  • Completed vocational training or studies in an IT-related field
  • 3 years of relevant work experience aligned with the job description
  • Hands-on experience in working with MacOS
  • A general patient and service-oriented approach
  • Strong ability to work independently and with a structured approach
  • Proficiency in English
