Vacancy Details
In the IT System Administrator position you will support the team with the implementation and support of infrastructure systems and networking structures. This will include supporting with group project work and be responsible for the implementation and support of infrastructure including windows servers, firewalls, routers, and switches. You will be responsible for activities and tasks relating to the assigned roles in RASCI matrix and assist in system change management processes.
You should be able to possess knowledge of how to provision storage for new devices, be able to network devices to servers using the correct IP addresses and be able to apply technical knowledge to plan and design systems.
You will be supporting with the implementation of factory machines and other hardware throughout the business at their allocated sites.
To be successful in this role you will need to have 3 years of experience in a similar type of role, it would be beneficial if you have experience in a manufacturing environment however this is not essential.
You will be communicating with lots of different departments across the business so it’s key that you have great communication skills and have experience dealing with different stakeholders.
