IT System/Business Analyst

At least 3 years of IT experience and the following skill sets:

• Strong knowledge in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies;
• Requirement gathering, requirement analysis, business process mapping, prepare business requirement specification, flow charts, logical diagrams, process improvements; and
• Relevant experience in Document or Records Management technology / platform is advantageous and good knowledge in web, applications and database data flow & design structure.

Good to have:

• Cloud Certification from one or more Cloud Service Providers (preferred Azure);
• IT Project Management Certificate;
• Knowledge of application security and best practices in application development standards and methodologies;
• Good knowledge of testing methodologies with working experience in performing various application and systems testing; and
• Relevant experience in managing applications using Java technologies.
