IT System Engineer

REQUIREMENTS:

• Min. Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent
• Knowledge of SAP (EWM, FI, SD, MM, PP) and Automation process
• Knowledge of Oracle Database Administration and managing windows server/linux environment
• Able to work independently and good time management skill
• Deep business functional capabilities and expertise, a collaborative team member
• IT related experience such as RPA will be advantageous
• Good verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to details
• Solution and Technical leadership
• Able to develop team’s skill, collaborate, focus and motivate others
• Minimum two years’ work experience as IT System Engineer

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage potential issues and opportunities through daily contact with users and process owners
• Analyse and evaluate system, application and infrastructure securities risks to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities
• Maintain updates and maintenance on security, software and system security to ensure optimal performance
• Provide first-line support to businesses.
• Work on change request and issues
• Work with global support team to identify and implement improvements
• Deliver support and enhancements
• Ownership of solution delivery, including appropriate documentation.
