THE POSITION

We are seeking a motivated IT System Management Professional to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for managing the maintenance and development of IT systems and services, ensuring compliance, and providing user training and support.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of IT systems.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and services.
  • Provide user training and support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and supported business processes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of IT system strategies and plans

The position is a 3-year employment. Here you will be a part of the Digital Solutions team in the Global Programme Management Office. It is composed of a team of highly skilled and motivated colleagues, that are implementing and operating IT solutions. We serve and collaborate with users across the globe within the various project controls and engineering disciplines (e.g. cost, schedule, risk, change, and document management). The team has a high level of self-governance, diversity, adopting agile way of working and the working relations are informal.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be successful in this role you should have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, management, business administration or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Between 1-3 years of experience in IT support and system management (i.e. compliance requirements and maintenance processes).
  • Knowledge of vendor management and user training best practices.
  • Stakeholder management experience in a complex organisational setup would be considered an advantage.
  • Understanding of CAPEX projects would be an asset.
