Description:
DIE WELT DES GENUSSES VON HEUTE UND MORGEN GESTALTEN
- Anwenderbetreuung im 1st- und 2nd Level Support in allen technischen Fragen und Anliegen
- Installation, Konfiguration, Betrieb und Monitoring von Client- und Serversystemen (vorwiegend Microsoft) und mobilen Geräten
- Clientmanagement für unsere Computer, Drucker, Mobilfunkgeräte und sonstige Peripherie
- Auswahl und Beschaffung von IT-Equipment
- Betreuung von Infrastrukturveränderungen (Umzugsmanagement)
- Lizenzmanagement
- IT-seitige Koordination und Umsetzung von Aufgaben und Projekten
- Administration, Konfiguration und Dokumentation der bestehenden IT-Infrastruktur
- Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der internen IT-Infrastruktur (insbesondere im Client-Umfeld)
- Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen der Supportprozesse
