POSITION SUMMARY

The IT Systems Administrator will be responsible for the health and maintenance of MEDA’s Office 365 environment and all related technologies. Additionally, you will be responsible for the lifecycle management from procurement to asset disposal for workstations and other end-user related technologies for MEDA staff globally.

Working closely with MEDA’s business units, you will configure and maintain SAAS-based systems and drive interconnectivity between them using a standardized approach. As the IT focal point, you will be called on to provide guidance for all technical related challenges. Administratively, you will be responsible for creating and updating standard procedures and other documentation.

  • Annual Salary Range: CAD $65,300 - 72,550

REQUIREMENTS

Education: Post secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of demonstrated experience in IT support, systems administration or related role.
